Service Terms & Conditions

(1) Security Services Agreement:

All CCTV installation, access control systems, and electronic security services provided by ASPB Services are subject to technical specifications and compliance with local regulations. Clients must provide necessary site access, infrastructure requirements, and maintain equipment as per our recommendations. Our 24/7 monitoring services are subject to network availability and system functionality.

(2) Construction Service Terms:

Construction projects undertaken by ASPB Services follow agreed timelines, specifications, and quality standards. Delays due to weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or material availability are beyond our control. Payment schedules are tied to project milestones, and any scope changes require written approval with revised quotations.

(3) Manpower & Workforce Solutions

All skilled and unskilled workforce provided by ASPB Services undergo background verification and training as per industry standards. Clients are responsible for providing safe working conditions, necessary tools, and compliance with labor laws. Our manpower services include replacement guarantees for unsatisfactory performance within the probation period.

(4) Business Park & Office Space Terms

Business park facilities, co-working spaces, and customized office setups are provided as per lease agreements and facility management contracts. Tenants must comply with park regulations, maintenance schedules, and security protocols. ASPB Services reserves the right to modify facilities with prior notice for improvements or compliance requirements.

IT Services & Additional Terms

(1) Software Development & Mobile Apps

All software development and mobile application projects follow agile methodology with defined milestones and deliverables. Source code ownership, intellectual property rights, and maintenance terms are clearly defined in project contracts. ASPB Services provides post-deployment support as per agreed service level agreements and warranty periods.

(2) IT Outsourcing & Workforce

IT outsourcing services include dedicated resources, project-based teams, and technical support with defined skill sets and experience levels. Performance metrics, confidentiality agreements, and data security protocols are mandatory. Our IT workforce undergoes regular skill assessments and certification updates to maintain service quality.

(3) Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment schedules vary by service type - advance payments for equipment procurement, milestone-based payments for construction and IT projects, and monthly billing for ongoing services. Cancellation policies include notice periods, penalty clauses for early termination, and refund terms as per individual service agreements.

(4) Warranty, Support & Liability

ASPB Services provides comprehensive warranties on equipment installation, construction work, and software development as per industry standards. Our support includes 24/7 helpdesk, on-site assistance, and preventive maintenance. Liability limitations apply to natural disasters, third-party failures, and client-induced damages beyond our reasonable control.

General Terms & Legal Information

(1) Acceptance of Terms

By engaging ASPB Services for any of our multi-disciplinary solutions including Security, Construction, Manpower, Business Park, or IT services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ASPB Services Pvt. Ltd. and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.

(2) Service Modifications & Updates

ASPB Services reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service offerings with reasonable notice to existing clients. Technology upgrades, regulatory compliance requirements, and service improvements may necessitate changes to our Security systems, Construction methods, IT solutions, or Business Park facilities.

(3) Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information, project details, business requirements, and proprietary data shared with ASPB Services remain strictly confidential. Our employees, contractors, and workforce personnel are bound by non-disclosure agreements. We implement industry-standard data protection measures across all our service domains including secure CCTV systems and IT infrastructure.

(4) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual consultation and, if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with Indian law. The jurisdiction for legal matters shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. ASPB Services commits to fair resolution of all service-related concerns through our customer support channels before escalation to formal procedures.

(5) Force Majeure & Service Interruptions

ASPB Services shall not be liable for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make best efforts to resume services promptly and communicate alternative solutions during such events across all our service offerings.
